OK, I don't get it. Sure, it's horrible to think of someone being in a car that's crushed by a car compacter, but that's not exactly new, is it? We've seen it before, many times. It's almost a cliché in shows where mobsters want to make someone disappear. So why is this instance more cruel than the others?
